Since 1998, OSRI has spent approximately $900,000 per year to support a wide range of projects, including those that improve knowledge of how oil moves in the ocean and under ice, how to find it, and how to clean it up.

How to Apply

Graduate Research Fellowships

OSRI awards up to three graduate fellowships a year for masters or doctorate students. Requests for applications normally come out in the fall. To get started, download the information packet and the application and budget forms in the Grant Policy Manual.
