Scope of Work:

The NRCS agrees to calibrate and maintain SNOTEL snow and precipitation gauge equipment and gather meteorological data at six installations around Prince William Sound. OSRI, PWS Science Center, the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service and the Alaska Snow Water and Climate Center collaborate to provide a network of remote climate data stations capable of providing near real time, automatic weather images accessible on the web in near real time.
