Scope of Work:
The Environmental Response Management Application (ERMA®) is a web-based data management platform that integrates real-time (e. g., tides, weather, currents, etc. ) and static data into a fast, user-friendly Geographic Information System (GIS) that is accessible to the command post as well as people in the field and other locations. ERMA allows environmental responders and decision-makers ready access to response-relevant data for spill drills, planning, response, assessment, and restoration, as well as for other incidents and natural disasters.
