Scope of Work:

Mr. Wu has commenced his PhD program in the field of Applied Marine Physics. His dissertation proposal is titled: "How does a semi-enclosed sea respond to external and internal forcings? -Numerical simulation and dynamical analysis for the ocean circulation in Prince William Sound. " This fourth consecutive fellowship grant allows for his continued assistance in developing & testing the PWS Nowcast/Forecast System, real time operation of the model and web presentation.
